The extremey rare Thierry Mugler Flower Petal dress, light grey and neon orange colours. An iconic example of the famous designer legend’s signature style: Camp, Statement, Sculpture and Uniqueness.
This gorgeous dress is beautifully constructed and reminds of an abstract flower. FW 1990 Collection. A fabulous signature Mugler creation, fashioned of light-grey cotton with neon orange inserts. Fitted corset-like bodice and adjustable shoulder straps. Very substantial sculptured silhouette – the skirtpart “petals” are not attached or sewn upwards so it can be worn as desired. Comes with a fitting adjustable belt with metal buckle. This piece has some flaws and was priced accordingly, please see last pictures for examples; a good dry cleaner might be able to fix those. Closes with a zipper on tha back. This is an amazing piece of Fashion History.
