Vintage Lowboy Chest
Nice vintage lowboy chest in solid cherry wood. This pretty lowboy chest by Pennsylvania House Furniture has a great look and shows good quality!

Of course, the lowboy features two nicely proportioned drawers. These drawers, as well as the chest, follow the famous blockfront, Goddard style, after Samuel Goddard. Additionally, the lowboy chest has nice tall Queen Anne style legs. Finally, it has pretty Chippendale style brass hardware.

We lightly refinished this lowboy chest by Pennsylvania House Furniture. We tried to keep much of the original color and stain intact in doing so. It may have minor imperfections or signs of age

This is a very nice original vintage wood double dresser chest of drawers designed for Johnson Furniture Company (Grand Rapids, MI) by Paul T. Frankl (1886-1958). Produced for the Emissary line, with refined Mid Century Modern biomorphic design in solid walnut. Original geometric brass drawer pulls. Signed to inside upper drawer.
All drawers run smooth.
