18th-century Chelsea Porcelain Trompe L’oeil Leaf Dish with Fruit,

The trompe L’oeil porcelain Chelsea porcelain dish depicts a large green leaf with purple veining draped over an openwork basket. Superimposed on the leaf is a painted pear and a twig with two plums. Tiny glaze chip to front of top leaf invisibly repaired.

Dimensions: 10 3/4 inches wide x 8 3/4 inches deep x 3/4 inch high; (27.31cm wide x 22.23cm deep).
